Charcuterie Class at the Co-op

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to build a visually stunning charcuterie board that’s perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a casual gathering with friends or a festive celebration. We’ll explore different textures, flavors, and presentation techniques, and you’ll have the chance to get creative and design your own unique board.

The class will be held Thursday September 26th at 6:00pm. The cost is $40 for nonmembers and $35 for members. The class will fill up fast so please contact the Food Coop at (518) 558-1414.
